- Durability Rating: AC3 / Class 31, making it suitable for heavy domestic use (living rooms, kitchens) and moderate commercial environments.
- Water Resistance: Features 24-hour topical water resistance and a low swell rate (<18%) thanks to its wax-impregnated HDF core.
- Installation: Uses the Unilin L2C click-lock system for quick, glueless floating installation.
- Warranty: Typically includes a 15-year residential warranty and a 5-year moderate commercial warranty.
- Protection Against Swelling: By sealing the joints, the wax protects the HDF core from absorbing moisture, which prevents the edges from swelling or lifting over time.
- Reduced Noise: The paraffin wax assists in reducing or eliminating “squeaks” that can occur from friction during the natural expansion and contraction of the floor, providing a quieter, more stable surface.
- Easy Maintenance: The sealed, water-resistant joints make the floor easy to clean without worrying about water penetrating into the joints.
